When the cone of the bulk head drops to the upper part of the ash inlet of the car (or ship), the wire rope becomes loose, the position switch on the counter sends an electrical signal back to the control system, turns off the winding motor, and opens the dust extraction fan and the feeder to start charging: when the material fills the tank, the level meter sends a signal and feeds back to the control system. The control system automatically closes the feeder and dust blower and raises the bulk head; When the bulk head rises to a predetermined position, the position switch on the counter sends out an electrical signal and feeds back to the control system, which automatically shuts down the winding motor and completes the loading and unloading process of a material.
