Fully automated production line.

The production line contains machines: filling machine, packaging machine, weighing machine, bag feeding machine, metal monitoring machine, bag sealing machine printing label, conveying machine, pressing and shaping machine, screw elevator, as well as various models and brands of palletizing robots.

Horizontal conveyor

Bags are put on horizontal conveyor after transported from vertical push bag conveyor. The shape of bags

are more smooth after shaping by the guard which makes the later palletizing shape elegant and buffer bags at the same time.

Elevating conveyor

The elevating conveyor lift the bags to a certain height to reach various functions of latter bag shaping,

flattening, grabbing etc and can improve the speed of latter grabbing. It can also achieve the buffer effect by photoelectric detection and PLC process controlling.

Conveyor for grabbing

Bags transported from shaping conveyor to conveyor for grabbing， the conveyor will ensure the robot to grab safely and conveniently and reduce noisy.

Shaping conveyor.

The vibration transmission of square roller makes bags smoother and stacks pattern more flat and appearance neatly. It can achieve the buffer effect by photoelectric detection and PLC controlling.

Conveyor for bag flattening and grabbing.

Bags are conveyed to conveyor for bag flattening and grabbing by the vibration and transportation of square roller to make the bags that are not smooth shaped again and make the stack type more neat and elegant. The conveyor has two functions combined, with compact structure which will save space and it has advantages to the production line that with high demand of space.

Robot gripper

The magnetic valve is controlled by the robot program to drives cylinder move and the stainless steel gripper putting the bags on the pallet orderly.

Sucker gripper

When the sucker is on the carton, it will be controlled by the robot process to put the sucked cartons on the pallet orderly.
