Principle characteristics: Steam directly serves as a sterilization medium(1) The sterilization kettle adopts the method of steam inlet at the bottom to exhaust the cold air inside the kettle;(2) Using a diaphragm valve to control the injection of steam from the bottom, opening the large exhaust at the top, and expelling cold air;(3) Entering the heating stage, use a membrane valve to control the amount of steam entering the sterilization kettle and reach the set sterilization temperature;(4) During the sterilization stage, the temperature and pressure inside the kettle are precisely controlled through automatic valves;(5) The cooling water is injected into the sterilization kettle through the cold water pump to realize the cooling of water and products in the kettle.

Spray type:
Principle characteristics: Using a small amount of circulating process water as the sterilization medium for spraying sterilization; Gradually increase temperature and decrease temperature through a heat exchanger.1. Load the product into the sterilization kettle and close the kettle door; 2. According to the temperature requirements for product packaging, inject sterilization process water with a set temperature into the sterilization kettle from a hot water tank to reach the set liquid level of the process;3. Use a circulating pump to circulate and spray the sterilization process water inside the kettle through one side of the heat exchanger; 4. Inject steam on the other side of the heat exchanger, and circulate the sterilization process water to heat up to the sterilization temperature set by the process;5. During the sterilization stage, the circulating pump is always on. When the temperature fluctuates, the steam volume is controlled through a membrane valve to achieve relatively stable temperature;6. After the sterilization stage is completed, stop injecting steam into the other side of the heat exchanger;7. Open the cold water valve and inject cooling water into the other side of the heat exchanger to achieve sterilization process water and product cooling inside the kettle; 8. The sterilization forms are divided into top spray, side spray, and full spray.
Water immersion type:
Principle and characteristics: water immersion sterilization1. Heat the hot water tank before shift to reach the process set temperature;2. Load the product into the sterilization kettle and close the kettle door;3. Turn on the balance device, and the sterilization process water in the hot water tank is pumped into the sterilization kettle through a water pump to reach the set process liquid level;4. Use a circulating pump to circulate the sterilization process water inside the kettle. Steam is injected through a water steam mixer and enters the circulation to heat up to the sterilization temperature set by the process;5. Entering the sterilization stage, the circulating pump is always in the on state. When the temperature fluctuates, the steam volume is controlled through the valve switch to achieve relatively stable temperature;6. After the sterilization stage is completed, stop injecting steam into the kettle;7. The sterilization process water is pumped back to the hot water tank through a water pump, stored for next sterilization use, and the balance device is closed;8. The cooling water is injected into the sterilization kettle through the cold water pump to cool the products in the kettle.
Applicable range:1. Plastic containers: PP bottles (coconut milk, soy milk), HDPE bottles2. Soft bag packaging: aluminum foil bag, transparent bag, vacuum bag (Haidilao food bag, seasoning sauce bag, pet wet food, corn, chicken feet, dried tofu, meat products, etc.)3. Glass bottle: Not recommended for use.
