Filling range is model-dependent: broadly adjustable from about 5 ml up to 50,000 ml. The lobe-pump variant typically covers 50–5,000 ml. Filling accuracy is approximately ±1%.
Speed depends on model and liquid viscosity. Typical semi-automatic operation is 40–60 bottles per minute for standard models; the lobe-pump type is usually 25–30 BPM (for 500 ml water).
The machine is pneumatically driven (air cylinder control) with low-maintenance pneumatic components. Contact parts and frame are made from SUS304 stainless steel for corrosion resistance and food-grade hygiene.
