3. What models and sizes are available?

Models are designated under the LW series with bowl diameters ranging from 250 mm to 720 mm. Overall dimensions vary by model; specific length/width/height will be provided based on the selected diameter and configuration.

4. What are the operating speed and differential ratio?

Bowl rotational speeds are adjustable within a range of approximately 2200–5000 rpm (model-dependent). The equipment features a differential/scroll ratio of 4.1, with adjustable differential speed to optimize solids conveyance and cake dryness for different sludges.

5. What voltage and frequency options are supported?

The centrifuge is available for three-phase power systems, commonly 380 V or 460 V, and can be configured for 50 Hz or 60 Hz operation to match local power supplies.

6. What dewatering performance (cake dryness) can I expect?

Cake moisture and overall dewatering performance depend strongly on sludge type, solids concentration, flocculant use, and operating settings. Performance should be evaluated with site samples or pilot testing — we can help size the machine and estimate cake dryness after reviewing sample tests.

7. How do I determine the required capacity or feed rate?

Capacity depends on the selected bowl diameter, feed solids concentration, and sludge characteristics. Provide sludge flow, percent solids (TS/SS), and sample for lab or pilot testing so we can recommend the correct model and expected throughput.

8. What about power consumption?

Power consumption varies by model, motor ratings, speed and load. Detailed motor power and estimated energy use are provided on the quotation for the specific model and configuration you select.

9. What installation requirements are there?

The centrifuge is compact but typically requires a leveled concrete foundation with vibration isolation, proper inlet and discharge piping, electrical hookup to the specified three-phase supply, and safe access for maintenance. Exact footprint and installation instructions are provided with the selected model.

10. What routine maintenance is required?

Routine maintenance includes scheduled lubrication of bearings, inspection of seals and wear parts, checking drive components and V-belts or couplings, cleaning the bowl and scroll as needed, and replacing liners/wear parts based on service conditions. A preventative maintenance schedule will be provided.

11. Are spare parts and field service available?

Yes—spare parts are available and we can supply common wear items. Overseas service engineers are available to support installation, commissioning and maintenance. Contact sales to arrange spare parts kits or field service.
