Waste Plastic Washing Drying Dewatering Machine in PP PET HDPE LDPE Plastic Recycling Machine

This machine is used to wash, dewater and dry plastic waste (PP, PET, HDPE, LDPE) to remove contaminants and moisture, producing clean plastic flakes or granules ready for reuse or further processing.

It is designed for common thermoplastics including PP, PET, HDPE and LDPE. Performance may vary with contamination level, material form (flakes, bottles, film) and pre-sorting.

The machine has a rated maximum production capacity of up to 1000 kg/hour. Actual throughput depends on material type, contamination level and system configuration.

The unit is automatic and uses PLC controls for automated operation, improving consistency and reducing manual intervention.

Key components listed include PLC, engine, bearings, gearbox, motor and pressure vessel. The standard equipment list also includes trommel, pre-washer, bale opener, dewatering machine and floating washing tank.

Single package size is specified as 4800 x 200 x 600 cm and single gross weight is 2000 kg (2 metric tons). Confirm shipping dimensions with the supplier as packaging and modular configurations can vary.

Power consumption and utilities (electricity, water, drainage) depend on the chosen configuration and local electrical standards. Contact the supplier with your site details to get exact power, pneumatic and water requirements.

Residual moisture after processing depends on material type, initial wetness, and selected drying/dewatering configuration. Ask the supplier for expected moisture ranges for your specific feedstock and process setup.

Yes — the system is intended to be used as part of a recycling line. The supplier can advise integration points and provide matching infeed/outfeed connections or customizations for existing equipment.

Routine maintenance includes checking and replacing wear parts (bearings, seals), inspecting gearboxes and motors, cleaning wash tanks and screens, and routine PLC/controls checks. Frequency depends on usage; the supplier should provide a recommended maintenance schedule and parts list.

Spare parts for major components (bearings, gearbox parts, motors, PLC modules) are typically available. Confirm availability, lead times and recommended spare parts inventory with the supplier or distributor.

While specific safety features depend on final configuration, typical provisions include emergency stop buttons, safety guards, interlocks on access panels and electrical protections. Confirm compliance with local safety standards and request detailed safety documentation.

Yes — the product description indicates video outgoing inspection to verify quality and performance prior to delivery. Request inspection reports, test videos and factory acceptance test (FAT) records as needed.

Customization options are normally available (different throughput, additional washing stages, stronger dewatering or drying modules). Discuss your material types, desired capacity and quality targets with the supplier to determine feasible modifications.

Suppliers typically provide operation manuals, maintenance guides, electrical and piping diagrams, and can offer on-site or remote training for operators and maintenance staff. Confirm the scope of documentation and training when placing your order.
