The VCP-3000 prints on a wide range of flat and cylindrical materials including glass, acrylic, wood, metal, leather, tiles, PET film and more. Use the rotary/mug unit for bottles and mugs.
Yes. It is designed for both flatbed printing and rotary/cup printing (for bottles and mugs) with an optional/installed rotary print unit.
You can choose the 3200 head (higher cost, faster speeds ideal for production) or the DX8 head (more affordable, suited for home or small-shop use with slower speeds). Multi-head configurations (up to 4 heads) are also supported for specialty workflows.
Typical speeds depend on head and mode: up to about 7.5 m²/h in production mode with higher-speed heads (3200/4720), and around 4.5 m²/h with DX8/XP600 configurations. Modes include Production, Precision and High-Precision. Maximum resolution is up to 720 × 4320 dpi.
Common working table size is 600 × 900 mm (model dependent). The carriage height supports up to 250 mm, allowing printing of taller objects and use of varnish/white/color heads.
The printer commonly uses CMYK plus white and varnish (pre-coating options available). The system supports special solutions such as pre-coating, printed glue, dual varnish (high light and silver), and configurations with multiple white/color heads.
The VCP-3000 features an automatic white ink stirring system to prevent settling and includes a low-ink warning. Regular maintenance (periodic head cleaning and following vendor-recommended flushing routines) is still required to ensure consistent results.
Yes. It supports efficient multiple prints of the same image in a single run, which is useful for small production jobs and special requests.
The printer uses a PTFE vacuum flatbed (scratch-resistant PTFE cellular platform) with strong suction and a CNC aluminum beam for stability. It also has a 16-position adjustable vacuum table on some models to secure varying material sizes.
It includes an LED LCD touch control panel, USB 3.0 high-speed interface for data transfer, adjustable UV lamp power control, printhead heater control, and a reliable board system with cooling fans.
Yes. The system uses multiple cooling measures including three large water-cooled UV lamps and a dual fan cooling system (body and board cooling) plus board fans to prolong electronics life.
Optional 4-head solutions include combinations such as pre-coating + white + color + varnish, printed glue + white + color + varnish for PET film, or white + color + high-light varnish + silver varnish for embossing effects. A 4-head white + 2 color setup is also available for faster speeds without varnish.
Yes. It features an auto height sensor to measure printing height automatically and multi-function controls such as a printhead heater button for stable temperatures in cold conditions.
The printer uses USB 3.0 for high-speed data transfer and is compatible with common RIP software and color control workflows. Contact the vendor for a list of recommended RIPs and color-management support.
Installation and training are generally provided or available through the vendor/reseller. Consumables and spare parts are supported; contact the supplier for warranty terms, service plans and to arrange training or ongoing technical support.
