Tunnel Freezer Blast Freezing Tunnel for Frozen French Fries Making Production Line

The Tunnel Freezer is a blast freezing tunnel designed for frozen French fries production lines. It rapidly freezes potato products to preserve texture, taste and shelf life and can also be used for other frozen food items in processing plants.

The applicable temperature range is from +25°C down to -45°C, depending on the selected model and refrigeration configuration.

Available refrigerant options listed are R404A, R134A, R507A and R22. Final choice depends on local regulations and cooling requirements.

Voltage and power are customizable; the product supports a range from 110V up to 440V. Horsepower and power ratings are configured to meet your production needs.

A typical single-package size is 500 x 100 x 200 cm and the single gross weight is around 1000 kg. Dimensions and packaging can be customized for different layouts and capacities.

Throughput depends on belt width, speed, freezing time required and the selected refrigeration capacity. Cooling capacity and production rate are customizable—contact the supplier with your target kg/hour or tons/day for a precise configuration.

Yes. The tunnel freezer is designed to integrate with common production lines, but final compatibility (belt height, infeed/outfeed connections, controls) will be verified during the customization and layout process.

A comprehensive machinery test report is provided, along with a video of the outgoing inspection to document performance and build quality before shipment.

Regular maintenance typically includes compressor checks, refrigerant leak inspection, cleaning and sanitation of conveyor and evaporator coils, defrost management, belt tensioning and periodic electrical inspections. A maintenance schedule should be provided by the supplier.

Follow food‑industry best practices: shut down and isolate electrical power, remove residues from the conveyor, clean surfaces with approved detergents, rinse and sanitize, and ensure all drainage and defrost systems are clear. Confirm specific cleaning agents and procedures with the supplier to protect components and coatings.

Yes. Power, voltage, refrigeration system, belt size, freezing capacity and additional options (e.g., guards, insulation levels, control systems) can be customized to suit your production requirements.

Installation requires a level, load‑bearing floor, adequate space for service access, proper electrical supply sized to the chosen configuration, and appropriate condensate drainage and ventilation. Refrigerant charging must be performed by certified technicians per local regulations.

Spare parts and after‑sales technical support are available. Availability and delivery times depend on parts selected—confirm spare parts lists and support terms with the supplier before purchase.

Lead time varies with customization and order quantities. For a tailored quote and estimated delivery time, provide your required throughput (kg/h), desired temperature, dimensions constraints and electrical supply details to the supplier.
