TECHMAX Hydraulic Press MDY80

The MDY80 delivers a pressing capacity of 800 kN (approximately 80 tons), suitable for a wide range of industrial pressing and forming tasks.

The press is powered by a 4 kW motor. Voltage is adjustable per client request to match local supply; common options include typical industrial voltages — please confirm required voltage with sales.

The working table measures 640 x 395 mm and the machine has a slide stroke of 300 mm. The unit weighs approximately 1.04 tons.

The MDY80 operates at a nominal hydraulic pressure of 30 MPa to deliver consistent pressing force.

The MDY80 is engineered with a high level of safety in mind. The machine includes safety-focused design and testing; additional safety devices (for example emergency stop, guards, or interlocks) can be specified or added per customer requirements.

Typical applications include metal forming, stamping, bending, assembly pressing, mold compaction and other precision pressing tasks across automotive, aerospace, electronics, and general manufacturing.

Yes. The MDY80 ships with a machinery test report and a video of the outgoing inspection to document quality and performance prior to delivery.

Yes. Voltage, controls, and tooling can be customized. Dies, tooling, and special fixtures can be supplied or integrated to meet specific application needs—contact sales with your requirements.

Installation typically requires a level, firm foundation capable of supporting the 1.04-ton weight, an appropriate electrical supply, hydraulic fluid and filtration provisions, and safe access for maintenance. Professional installation and onsite commissioning are recommended.

Regular maintenance includes checking and replacing hydraulic oil and filters per operating hours, inspecting hoses and seals for wear, periodic checks of the pump and motor, lubrication of moving parts, and verifying safety devices and controls.

Common spare parts include hydraulic seals and hoses, filters, pressure relief valves, pump components, and electrical items such as fuses and contactors. Specific recommendations can be provided based on your application and duty cycle.

Operating noise and vibration depend on tooling and floor mounting. The MDY80 is designed for industrial environments; if low-noise operation is required, please discuss isolation, enclosure, or dampening options with our engineering team.

Yes. Operator training, maintenance guidance, and after-sales technical support are available. Onsite training and commissioning can be arranged—contact our service team to schedule.

The MDY80 includes a machinery test report and outgoing inspection video. Additional certification packages (for example compliance or quality certificates) can often be provided on request—please confirm specific certification needs with sales.
