Stainless Steel Double Tank Industrial Electric Commercial Deep Fryer KFC Fried Chicken High-Temperature Frying Machine

It is a heavy-duty, stainless-steel, electric double-tank fryer designed for commercial use (restaurants, food trucks, catering). It features a programmable control panel and high-temperature frying capability for preparing fried chicken, fries, fish and other high-volume fried foods.

Product dimensions are 460 × 970 × 1130 mm (L×W×H). Net weight is 135 kg and single gross package weight is 165 kg. The fryer is electric and specified for 380V supply. Brand: Youdovol.

The unit is specified for 380V electric supply. In most commercial installations this will be a three‑phase 380V supply—have a licensed electrician confirm compatibility and perform the electrical hookup.

Yes. The double-tank design allows you to fry different foods simultaneously (for example, chicken in one tank and fries in the other) to increase throughput and reduce cross-contamination when managed properly.

The programmable panel lets you set and control frying parameters such as target temperature and time presets for repeatable results, and typically displays status/fault codes. Consult the user manual or supplier for the exact features of this model's controller.

The listing states 'high-temperature frying' but does not publish an exact range. Commercial electric fryers commonly operate up to around 180–200°C. Please check the detailed spec sheet or user manual for the exact maximum temperature on this model.

Yes. The unit is intended for high-temperature, high-volume frying and is suitable for preparing KFC-style breaded and fried chicken when used with appropriate recipes and cooking procedures.

You can use common commercial frying oils with high smoke points (for example, refined peanut, canola, sunflower or blended fry oils). Select oil based on flavor, smoke point and cost, and follow recommended oil filtration and replacement schedules.

General best practices: drain and filter oil daily or per usage, wipe exterior with a soft cloth and approved stainless-steel cleaner, perform periodic deep cleaning per the manual (cooling, removing and cleaning baskets and filters, cleaning fry pots). Always follow the manufacturer’s maintenance schedule and safety procedures.

The product description does not explicitly list a drain valve. Many commercial fryers do include a drain or quick-drain system—confirm with the seller or check the technical drawings for this model before purchase.

The listing does not enumerate safety features. Commercial units typically include temperature control and overheat protection, and safety interlocks. Verify the specific safety protections (overheat cutoff, high-limit thermostat, emergency shutoff) with the supplier or in the technical manual.

The listing does not state whether installation is included. Because this is a heavy (135 kg) 380V appliance, professional installation (electrical hookup and, if applicable, anchoring and ventilation checks) is strongly recommended. Ask your supplier about installation options.

Warranty terms and spare-parts availability are not listed in the description. Contact the manufacturer/seller (brand: Youdovol) to obtain warranty length, coverage details and how to order replacement parts and consumables.

This product is sold as a single item. Single package size is 53 × 100 × 134 cm and gross package weight is 165 kg. Due to size and weight, freight shipping is typical; check freight rates and whether liftgate or forklift service is required at delivery.

It can be used in mobile kitchens, but consider the unit’s weight (135 kg), physical footprint, and 380V electrical requirement. Many food trucks do not have three‑phase 380V supply—confirm power availability and secure mounting before installing in a mobile environment.
