Stainless Steel 2 Tank 4 Basket Gas Electric Deep Frying Machine Chip Fryer

A commercial-grade fryer made from stainless steel featuring two frying tanks and four baskets. It supports gas and electric heating options (dual-fuel flexibility), has a total capacity of 40L, delivers up to 100 kg of chips per hour, and is designed for high-output environments such as restaurants, food trucks and catering services.

The unit is offered with gas and electric heating options to give flexibility. Power specifications list an electric rating (24 kW, 380 V), so confirm with your supplier which fuel configuration (electric-only, gas-only or combined/dual-fuel) you are purchasing.

The fryer has a total capacity of 40 L and an estimated throughput of up to 100 kg of chips per hour, depending on product size, frying temperature and operator workflow.

It has two independent tanks and four baskets. Tanks and baskets can be used simultaneously, allowing you to cook different products or stagger batches for continuous output.

Power: 24 kW (electric rating). Voltage: 380 V (three‑phase industrial supply). Weight: approximately 140 kg. Dimensions (L × W × H): 1400 × 700 × 950 mm.

The fryer is constructed from stainless steel for durability, corrosion resistance and easier cleaning—suitable for commercial kitchen environments.

Yes. Its high capacity and multiple baskets make it well suited for restaurants, food trucks, catering, fairs and other high-volume situations. Ensure you have appropriate power/gas supply and ventilation for your location.

Basic care: allow oil to cool, drain and filter oil regularly, remove and clean baskets and tanks, wipe exterior stainless surfaces with a mild detergent, and avoid immersing electrical components. Perform periodic deep cleaning (boil‑out) per manufacturer guidance and replace oil and worn seals/burner elements as needed. Always follow safety procedures when handling hot oil.

Installation should be done by qualified technicians: a licensed electrician for 380 V electrical connection and a certified gas technician if using gas. Provide proper ventilation/exhaust, adequate floor strength and clearance around the unit, and follow local codes and the supplier’s installation instructions.

Use heat-resistant gloves and splash protection, never add water to hot oil, monitor oil temperature, drain and cool oil before maintenance, check gas connections for leaks (if applicable), ensure emergency shut-off accessibility, and train staff on safe frying procedures and first-aid for burns.

Yes. The fryer’s multifunctional design is suitable for a wide range of fried snacks—such as fries, nuggets, fritters and similar items—provided you adjust time and temperature for each product.

The fryer is high-powered (24 kW) for fast heating and high throughput. Energy efficiency will depend on usage patterns, whether you use gas or electric heating, proper insulation, regular maintenance, and good operational practices such as batching and oil filtration to reduce reheating losses.

Warranty terms and after-sales support vary by seller and region. Contact the supplier or GELGOOG dealer for warranty details, service options and availability of spare parts (baskets, thermostats, heating elements, valves, etc.).

Because the unit is heavy (about 140 kg) and sizable, it is typically shipped via freight on a pallet. Check with the seller for freight charges, packaging details, liftgate delivery options and whether professional installation or on-site setup is offered.

Commercial fryers are commonly used in regulated foodservice environments, but compliance depends on proper installation (ventilation, gas/electrical connections), maintenance, and local codes. Consult local health and safety authorities and provide documentation from the supplier to ensure the unit meets applicable regulations.
