Single-layer High-speed Sole Shoe Leather Sole Press Other Shoemaking Machines

It is a semi-automatic press designed to press and assemble single-layer leather soles for shoe production, suitable for footwear manufacturing, repair shops, and custom shoemaking.

The rated capacity is up to 800 pairs in an 8-hour shift (about 100 pairs per hour, roughly 1.7 pairs per minute) under normal operating conditions.

The machine operates at 220V/50Hz with a power rating of 1.1 kW. A properly sized, grounded circuit is recommended.

Overall dimensions are 65 x 54 x 166 cm (L x W x H) and the gross weight is 158 kg.

Single-layer indicates the press is designed to handle one layer of sole material at a time (typical leather soles). It is optimized for efficient pressing of individual sole assemblies.

It is primarily designed for leather soles. It may also work with similar flexible sole materials (rubber, some thermoplastics) but compatibility should be verified and tested with the supplier before production use.

The machine is semi-automatic. An operator loads and positions the parts; the press performs the pressing cycle. Specific control interfaces (foot pedal, push button, etc.) may vary by configuration—confirm with the seller.

It is designed for straightforward semi-automatic operation and is suitable for trained operators. Basic training is recommended to achieve optimal speed, consistency, and safety.

Regular maintenance includes cleaning debris from the work area, inspecting and tightening fasteners, lubricating moving parts per the manufacturer's schedule, and periodic electrical checks. Refer to the supplier's maintenance manual for detailed intervals and procedures.

Operators should wear appropriate PPE (gloves, eye protection), keep hands and clothing clear of the pressing area, ensure emergency stops and guards are functional, and follow operator training. Confirm specific safety features and instructions with the manufacturer.

Tooling inclusion is not specified. Molds/dies and custom tooling may be available as accessories—contact the supplier to confirm what is included and ordered separately.

Due to the machine's weight (158 kg) and electrical requirements, professional installation and electrical hookup are recommended. A forklift or lifting equipment may be needed for placement.

Warranty and service terms are not listed in the product description. Please contact the seller or manufacturer for warranty details, service contracts, and authorized service centers.

Spare parts and technical support availability vary by manufacturer. Ask the supplier for a list of recommended spare parts, lead times, and technical support options before purchase.

Yes. With its high-speed, semi-automatic operation and capacity of up to 800 pairs per shift, it can serve small custom shops as well as be integrated into larger footwear assembly lines, depending on production needs.
