Single Head 12 Needles Embroidery Machine - Model: JCM-1201

The JCM-1201 has a maximum embroidery area of 400 x 600 mm (width x height).

This model is a single-head machine equipped with 12 needles, allowing for multicolor designs without frequent thread changes.

Maximum speed is up to 1200 RPM (motor jump). Actual usable speed may vary depending on fabric, design complexity, and stabilizer.

The machine uses the Dahao A15 touch-screen computer with a built-in USB port for easy design import and operation.

The onboard computer reads common embroidery formats including DST and DSB. Designs can be imported via USB.

Pattern storage capacity is rated up to '200 million needles' as specified by the manufacturer, which accommodates very large or numerous designs. Practical storage limits depend on design size and complexity.

Yes — the JCM-1201 includes auto thread trimmers and automatic color change functionality to speed production and reduce manual intervention.

Standard functions include flat embroidery, hat (cap) embroidery, and ready-to-wear (garment) embroidery. Shoe, sock, and pants embroidery are available as optional configurations or attachments.

The machine ships with manufacturer-standard accessories (hoops/frames, spare needles, bobbins, basic tools). The largest standard hoop supports the 400 x 600 mm area; additional or specialized hoops/attachments (for caps, shoes, socks, pants) are optional and can be purchased separately.

The machine is fitted with a Japanese hook and a Japanese-style bobbin case for reliable stitch formation and smoother operation.

The Dahao A15 control supports 19 languages to accommodate operators in many regions.

Regular maintenance includes daily cleaning of lint and thread debris, periodic oiling of the hook and moving parts per the manual, replacing needles and bobbins as they wear, and checking timing and tension. Follow the manufacturer maintenance schedule in the user manual.

Use quality embroidery threads and the correct needle size/type for your fabric and thread (consult the machine manual or supplier for recommended needle models). Replace bent or blunt needles immediately to avoid fabric damage and skipped stitches.

Common causes include blunt or incorrect needles, incorrect thread tension, poor thread quality, lint buildup in the hook area, or incorrect hooping. Turn off the machine, inspect/replace the needle, clean the hook area, check tension settings, and test with quality thread. Contact your dealer if problems persist.
