Scrap Metal Balers Scrap Copper Aluminum Baler Compactors Machine

It is designed for non-ferrous scrap metals such as copper, aluminum and brass, and can also handle many other types of scrap metal depending on size and form. For unusually shaped or mixed loads, check with the supplier.

The standard bale size is 300 x 300 mm, and typical bale weight is 50–70 kg depending on material density and compression.

Nominal pressing force is 125 tonnes. The chamber internal size is 1200 x 700 x 600 mm.

The baler uses a 15 kW power unit. Exact electrical requirements (voltage, phase, and frequency) depend on your region and should be confirmed with the supplier.

Estimated capacity is approximately 1.6–2.0 tonnes per hour, but actual throughput varies with material type, feed method and operator efficiency.

It can be operated manually or fitted with a PLC control system for automated cycling and easier operation. PLC option improves consistency and reduces operator intervention.

The machine is hydraulically driven (hydraulic pressure). Routine maintenance of hydraulic oil, filters, and hoses is required to ensure reliable operation.

Machine weight is about 12,000 kg. A reinforced concrete foundation and adequate floor space are recommended; exact footprint and anchoring details are provided by the manufacturer.

Yes — packaging is suitable for sea transportation. The port of dispatch is Shanghai. Shipping details and export packaging can be arranged with the supplier.

Typical safety features include emergency stop, safety interlocks and guarded moving parts. Exact safety equipment and compliance with local regulations should be confirmed with the supplier or included as options.

Yes — spare parts (hydraulic components, pumps, electrical parts, wear items) and after-sales support are available. Contact the supplier for parts lists, lead times and service contracts.

Yes — options such as PLC control, different bale sizes, automatic feeding devices, and other accessories can typically be supplied. Discuss customization needs with the manufacturer.

Supply ability is up to 100 sets per year. Lead time depends on order size, customization and current production schedule — request a firm delivery estimate when ordering.

Warranty terms and certifications (CE, ISO, etc.) are not listed in the basic description. Please request warranty details and any required certification documentation from the seller before purchase.

Basic operation and maintenance guidance is provided; on-site training is usually available as an option. Regular preventive maintenance (hydraulic oil/filter changes, inspection of seals and mechanical parts) is recommended for long-term reliability.
