The machine cleans glass bottles (including beer bottles) and PET/plastic bottles. It is designed for standard beverage bottle shapes; consult us for unusual or nonstandard sizes.

Capacity ranges from 2,300 to 4,000 bottles per hour depending on bottle size, shape, rinsing program and operator workflow.

Power: 1.5 kW. Voltage options: 220 V or 380 V. Net weight: 480 kg.

Key wetted and structural parts are made from stainless steel (SS 304 and optionally SS 316L) for corrosion resistance and food-grade hygiene.

This is a rotary semi-automatic washer with button control for easy operation. It combines high throughput with simple operator interaction.

The control system is button-based for straightforward operation. Core mechanical components include a gearbox and motor to provide reliable rotary drive.

Requires appropriate electrical supply (220/380 V), a potable water inlet and drain. A level, stable floor capable of supporting the machine weight is recommended. Final installation details and requirements are provided in the technical installation sheet.

Regular maintenance includes flushing and sanitizing internal liquid circuits, inspecting/replacing nozzles and seals, lubricating gearbox bearings per schedule, and routine visual inspections. Refer to the maintenance manual for intervals and procedures.

The machine comes with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. Video outgoing inspection and a machinery test report are provided. Spare parts and technical support are available—contact sales for lead times.

Yes. Options and customizations (e.g., material upgrades, special holders, or altered throughput settings) can be discussed based on your bottle types and production requirements.

The machine is supplied with protective covers and safety interlocks appropriate for semi-automatic rotary washers. Emergency stop and operator guards are standard; full safety details are in the safety manual.

Throughput and cleaning effectiveness depend on bottle dimensions, weight, neck diameter and shape. Bottles that deviate from common beer/PET profiles may require adjustment or different holders.

Cleaning agent type and water usage depend on contamination level and chosen program. The machine uses liquid cleaning (rinsing) systems; typical consumption figures are provided on request based on your cycle parameters.

A machinery test report and video outgoing inspection are provided with the machine. Additional conformity or hygiene certifications can be supplied on request depending on export/industry requirements.

Installation guidance and commissioning documentation are included; on-site installation and operator training can be arranged as an additional service—please contact sales for options and pricing.
