Rolling Mills Metal & Metallurgy Machinery Electric Rolling Mill for Jewelry Making

This electric rolling mill is designed for jewelry making—shaping, flattening and reducing the thickness of metal sheets and strips to create components and textures used in rings, bracelets, chains and other jewelry items.

The machine requires a 380V, 50Hz three‑phase power supply and a 7.5 kW motor. Installation should be performed by a qualified electrician.

The mill can roll material up to 25 mm thick. For specific metals and desired reductions per pass, consult the manufacturer or user manual.

Roller dimensions are listed as 150*220 mm (roller diameter and working length). The rollers are made from durable D2 steel for long service life.

The rollers are specified with a hardness of 60–61 (as provided in the specifications), indicating a high wear resistance suitable for repeated jewelry forming operations.

Yes — the machine features double speed settings for versatile operation. Exact RPM values are provided in the user manual or by the supplier.

Yes. The mill includes an automatic lubrication system to ensure smooth operation and to reduce wear on moving parts.

Exterior dimensions are 880 × 580 × 1480 mm and the machine weight is approximately 850 kg. A solid foundation and adequate floor space are recommended.

It is suitable for common jewelry metals such as gold, silver, copper, brass and some alloys. Harder or highly work‑hardened materials may require special procedures—check with the supplier for recommendations.

Regular maintenance includes checking the automatic lubrication system, keeping rollers clean, inspecting for wear or damage, tightening fasteners, and following the lubrication/oil-change schedule in the manual. Frequency depends on use—daily visual checks and scheduled service (monthly/quarterly) are typical.

Replacement rollers and spare parts are typically available from the manufacturer or authorized dealers. Provide model details when ordering parts.

Always wear appropriate PPE (gloves, eye protection), keep loose clothing and hair away from rollers, use emergency stop and guards, never reach into moving rollers, and ensure operators are trained before use.

Installation terms vary by seller. Prepare a stable, level surface capable of supporting 850 kg, ensure access to a 380V three‑phase supply, and arrange for a qualified technician for commissioning.

Warranty and support options vary by supplier and region. Contact the seller for warranty details, service plans, spare‑parts support and technical assistance.
