working principle:1. In the lysis buffer, disrupt the cells and release the nucleic acid into the buffer.2. Add magnetic beads to the lysis buffer and mix thoroughly to make the nucleic acid adsorb to the surface of the magnetic beads.3. Repeatedly clean the surface of the magnetic beads to remove impurities such as proteins or salts that were originally entrained.4. Transfer the magnetic beads to the elution buffer and mix well. Nucleic acid is from the surface of magnetic beadsFall off and dissolve into the elution buffer.5. Remove the magnetic beads from the buffer and recover the nucleic acid solution.
