The PVC Coated Polyester Yarn Coating Machine is designed to coat polyester yarn with PVC, enhancing the yarn's durability, flexibility, and resistance to various environmental factors.
The machine is available in several models including SJ-30, SJ-45, SJ-50, SJ-65, and SJ-40 SINGLE SCREW EXTRUDER.
The SJ-30 model has a screw diameter of 30 mm.
The SJ-45 model has a yield capacity of 20 to 35 kg/h.
While the machine is specifically designed for polyester yarn, it may be adapted for other types of yarn, depending on the coating requirements and settings.
The SJ-50 model has a transmission power of 130 kW.
The setup includes a screw extruder, mold, diameter calibrator, water cooling tank, and winder for finished products.
The water cooling tank is used to cool down the coated yarn after extrusion, ensuring it retains its shape and properties.
Choosing the right model depends on your production capacity requirements; refer to the yield specifications and your expected output to select the appropriate model.
The SJ-65 model has a screw diameter ratio of 30:1.
Yes, training and support are typically provided to ensure proper operation and maintenance of the machine.
Regular maintenance should be performed according to the manufacturer's guidelines, generally including routine checks of the screw, cooling system, and electrical components.
The machine includes various safety features such as emergency stop buttons, safety guards, and overload protection to ensure safe operation.
The electrical requirements vary by model, but typically include standard industrial power supply specifications. Consult the product manual for specific requirements.
Yes, replacement parts are available and can be ordered through the manufacturer or authorized distributors.
