The Plastic Soft Pipe Extrusion Line is designed to convert various materials like PVC, PU, and TPU into high-quality soft pipes. Key Components:
Main Extruder Machine:
Controls the entire extrusion process.
Stable screw pressure and uniform plasticizing ensure smooth production.
Die Head:
Capable of producing pipes with a diameter range of 4–16mm.
Water Cooling Tank / Vacuum Tank:
Helps the pipe rapidly solidify and maintain uniformity during the cooling phase.
Tractor Machine:
Pulls the tube through the cooling process to the next stages (cutting or winding).
Cutter / Winder:
Provides flexibility in either cutting pipes to a specified length or winding them into rolls.
