Application

The band chopping half saw is split evenly into two dichotomies along the spine. For the halving of carcasses to make them dichotomous. Suitable for splitting cattle and horses in large slaughterhouses, specialised guide blocks, long blade life, thin saw blades, high speed, low loss of bones and meat, high production capacity, fast blade replacement, easy cleaning, smooth running, completely sealed motor, smooth surface, separated and sealed gear mechanism, long table running life.

Features

1.The casing is made of fine cast aluminum alloy, which prevents rust and corrosion and reduces weight at the same time.
2 .The linear moving part of the saw blade acts as a cutting parting half. The ultra-thin flexible saw blade, which is only 0.5MM thick, reduces meat loss from carcass cutting and increases productivity.
3.The nozzles on the spray hose flush, cool and lubricate the saw blade during operation.
