The machine is applicable for indoor pipelines with diameters from 20 mm to 150 mm and supports an extension length up to 30 m.
Rated input power is 390 W. The machine is designed for 220 V, 50 Hz electric supply and runs at a maximum speed of 400 rpm.
It connects with soft/flexible shafts φ8, φ15, φ16 and φ22. Common supplied shaft specs are 8×5 m, 15×2.5 m, 16×2.5 m and 22×5 m. Various drilling heads and attachments can be fitted depending on the cleaning task.
Pressing the control handle engages the machine clutch to rotate the flexible shaft; releasing the handle immediately stops rotation. The control knob switches power on/off and selects rotation direction. Pressing force should not exceed 20 kg.
Always switch off the machine before installing or removing shafts, sleeves or attachments. Use the protective sleeve to guard against the revolving spring shaft. Do not use force-multiplying tools, and keep pressing force below 20 kg. Observe IP44 splash protection limits and avoid direct water jets.
The compact machine measures approximately 600 × 470 × 440 mm and weighs about 43.54 kg (listed) — roughly 45 kg — making it reasonably portable for workshop use.
After use, clean and dry the machine and flexible shafts, inspect for wear on shafts and drilling heads, tighten locking screws, replace worn parts, and store in a dry place. Regularly check clutch and electrical connections.
The machine has an IP44 protection rating (protection from splashes) and produces noise levels up to approximately 75 dB(A).
