Oil-water Mixed Falafel Frozen French Fries Deep Fryer With Mixer

It is a commercial deep fryer with an integrated mixer designed for high-volume frying of snacks (e.g., falafel, frozen french fries). Built from 304 stainless steel, it supports electric or gas power and is intended for busy kitchens, catering and fast-food outlets.

'Oil-water mixed' indicates the unit is designed to handle frying foods that contain moisture and to manage interactions between oil and water during production. For specific features (drainage, separation or handling methods) consult the manufacturer or the product manual.

The fryer is available in electric or gas versions. Electrical specifications: 220V/380V and up to 36 kW (check the exact model configuration). Gas models require an appropriate gas connection and professional installation.

Capacity varies by model and food type. The specification sheet lists 200 kg/h, while marketing material cites up to 300 kg/h. Expect a typical practical range of about 200–300 kg/hour depending on product, loading and temperature settings.

Overall dimensions: 1400 x 1200 x 1600 mm. Net weight is approximately 300 kg. Shipping gross weight is listed around 320 kg; confirm final shipping dimensions with the supplier.

The fryer is constructed from 304 (food-grade) stainless steel for durability, corrosion resistance and ease of cleaning.

Yes — the product includes a mixer. The mixer helps keep batter or loose products evenly mixed, prevents settling, and promotes uniform frying of items such as falafel and batter-coated snacks.

Yes. The unit is intended for frying products like frozen french fries and falafel at commercial throughput. Adjust temperature and fryer settings according to product instructions for best results.

Allow the unit to cool, then drain oil/water per the manual. Remove and clean baskets, mixer parts and accessible surfaces with mild detergent and warm water. Filter oil daily, replace oil per your operation’s schedule, inspect heating elements, and follow the manufacturer’s maintenance checklist. Always follow safety and electrical/gas shutoff procedures before servicing.

Use trained staff, maintain proper ventilation, never introduce cold water into hot oil, avoid overfilling the fry tank, use protective equipment, keep flammable materials away, and follow local gas/electrical codes. Install appropriate fire suppression systems in commercial kitchens.

Electric versions require the correct voltage (220V/380V) and adequate power supply (up to 36 kW). Gas versions need a certified gas connection and ventilation. Ensure stable floor support for the ~300 kg machine and compliance with local kitchen regulations. Professional installation is recommended.

Use a high smoke-point frying oil suitable for commercial frying (e.g., refined vegetable, canola, or sunflower oil). Filter daily and change oil based on food type, daily throughput and oil quality tests—typically every few days to weeks. Follow food safety and vendor recommendations.
