Mobile Hydraulic Elevator Platform Scissor Car Lifts Lifting Platform

The rated load range for this model (SJG) is 1000 to 10,000 kg. Choose a configuration within this range based on the maximum weight you need to lift.

Platform dimensions are customizable to fit your application. Provide required length, width and any cutouts or ramps when requesting a quote so the supplier can produce a matched size.

Minimum collapsed height ranges from 400 to 950 mm and vertical travel ranges from 1000 to 1300 mm. Maximum platform height is approximately the minimum height plus the vertical travel for the selected configuration.

Motor power options are between 1.5 and 7.5 kW. The standard power supply is AC 380 V. Exact power selection depends on load, travel speed and duty cycle.

Complete machine weight varies by configuration and ranges from approximately 350 to 4,200 kg. Final weight depends on platform size, rated capacity and added options.

Yes—models within the rated capacity and with appropriate platform dimensions can be used for vehicle lifting or car service tasks. Ensure the platform length, wheel positioning and load distribution meet your vehicle requirements and local safety standards.

Typical safety features include the scissor-lock mechanism or mechanical safety locks, overload protection, emergency stop, safety skirts/guards and hydraulic flow restrictors. Exact safety items and certifications should be confirmed with the supplier for your model and region.

The product is described as mobile; mobility options may include built-in wheels/casters or removable transport skids. Mobility features vary by configuration—confirm the specific mobility package if frequent repositioning is required.

You should provide a flat, level, structurally sound floor that can handle the machine and load. A suitable AC 380 V electrical connection and space for access and maintenance are required. Final anchoring, power hookup and commissioning should be handled by qualified personnel per supplier instructions.

Typical maintenance includes regular inspection of hydraulic hoses and fittings, checking hydraulic oil level and cleanliness, lubrication of pivot points, inspection of safety devices and fasteners. Daily checks, monthly inspections and annual servicing are common—follow the supplier’s maintenance schedule.

It can be used outdoors in suitable conditions, but for harsh or corrosive environments (marine, chemical, extreme cold/heat) request special surface treatments, seals and material options. Confirm environmental suitability with the manufacturer.

Common customizations include platform size and shape, higher rated capacities, alternative motor sizes, remote or pendant controls, safety accessories (guards, ramps), surface treatments and special power options. Discuss specific requirements with the supplier for a tailored solution.

Compliance and certification options (for example CE, ISO or other regional approvals) depend on the factory and configuration. Request documentation and conformity certificates when placing an order to ensure compliance with local regulations.

Lead time depends on chosen configuration and customization—contact the supplier for a specific delivery schedule. Warranty terms vary by manufacturer and can often be provided with the quote; ask about coverage period, parts and service conditions.

Select a model by determining required rated load, platform dimensions, minimum and maximum working heights, power supply, duty cycle and environmental conditions. Consider any mobility, safety or certification needs and consult the supplier with load diagrams and site details to confirm the correct configuration.
