1. What is the Mixing Peristaltic Mortar Plastering Fireproof Machine used for?

It's designed to mix, pump and spray cementitious mortars, plasters and fireproof coatings for building facades, fireproofing works and repair jobs where consistent, continuous spraying is required.

2. What are the electrical and compressor power requirements?

The unit runs on 220 V and draws 800 W. It requires an external air compressor with about 2.2 kW power to operate the spraying system.

3. What materials can this machine handle?

Suitable for cement-based mortars, render/plaster, fireproofing mixes and similar cementitious materials. Avoid mixes with oversized aggregate, very fibrous materials or large debris that can clog the nozzle or damage the hose.

4. What are the maximum pumping distances (horizontal and vertical)?

Maximum horizontal (transmission) capacity is 30 m and maximum vertical transmission capacity is 15 m. The supplied spraying tube length is 50 m — actual usable distance depends on mix viscosity and nozzle size.

Nozzle diameters available: 4 mm, 6 mm and 8 mm. Use smaller nozzles for finer, thin mixes and finer finishes; use larger nozzles for thicker mixes or higher output. Ensure aggregate/particle size is well below the nozzle diameter.

Hopper volume is 25 L. Do not overfill beyond the marked capacity; add material in recommended batches and keep consistency within manufacturer guidelines for smooth pumping.

7. What delivery pressure and pump speed does it have?

Delivery pressure is rated at 2 MPa (about 20 bar) and the pump speed is 300 rpm. Actual spray performance depends on mix, nozzle size and hose layout.

8. How do I clean the machine after use?

Immediately after use, flush the hopper, pump hose and spray tube with clean water until clear. Remove and clean the nozzle and inspect the peristaltic hose. Do not allow cementitious material to harden in the system.

9. What routine maintenance is required?

Regularly inspect and replace the peristaltic hose/tube and seals as they wear. Check nozzle condition, hose clamps and fittings. Keep the motor and gearbox area free of dust, and follow the manufacturer's recommended service intervals.

10. How do I troubleshoot low flow or clogging?

Check for nozzle blockages and clear or replace the nozzle. Verify mix consistency (too thick causes clogging). Inspect the spray tube and peristaltic hose for wear or obstructions and ensure compressor pressure and power supply are stable.

11. What safety precautions should I follow?

Wear PPE (eye protection, gloves, mask and protective clothing). Ensure the machine is properly grounded. Turn off power and depressurize the system before maintenance. Keep hands and tools away from moving parts.
