NeoDen YY1 is our new desktop pick and place machine with 2 heads, max 52 tape reel feeder slots (if all 8mm width).
The max placement rate is 3000CPH with vision on and 4000CPH with vision off.

The smallest component size is 0201. The max component size is 18mm*18mm. The max component height is 12mm.
The max PCB size is 249mm*350mm with dual sides tape feeders installed and 315mm*350mm with only left side tape feeders installed.
It supports tape feeder, sticker feeder, tray feeder, strip feeder and bulk feeder.
It is with automatic nozzle replacement function.

It works in a near-perfect silent mode, making it green and pollution-free pick ad place machine.
The whole machine is highly integrated one-board design, easy maintenance and debugging.
