This is a manual flocking machine. It requires an operator for loading, positioning and handling; it is designed for efficient manual operation.

The machine is intended for flocking onto standard swab tips and brush heads using nylon flock. Compatibility with specific stem materials or diameters (plastic, paper, wood, etc.) should be confirmed with the supplier when ordering.

Regularly clean accumulated flock fibers from the flocking area, remove adhesive residues, inspect and replace worn parts, and follow any lubrication and maintenance steps in the user manual. Always disconnect power before maintenance.

Use appropriate PPE (gloves, mask, eye protection) when handling adhesives and fibers, disconnect power before servicing, keep the work area clean, and follow the operator manual and local safety regulations.

Certifications vary by supplier and region. Request specific certification documents (CE, ISO, etc.) from the vendor prior to purchase to ensure compliance with your local regulations.
