Low High Speed Energy Saving Stainless Steel Centrifugal Spray Dryer for Plant Extract

It is a centrifugal spray dryer designed to efficiently dry plant extracts and other liquid materials into powders or granules, suitable for chemical, food, pharmaceutical, cosmetic and plastics applications.

The machine is made of stainless steel, available in SUS304 and SUS316L grades to meet different corrosion-resistance and sanitary requirements.

The standard power rating is 15 kW and it supports voltages in the 220V–450V range. Exact electrical requirements depend on the chosen configuration and local supply.

Core components include the motor, PLC control system and feed pump. Additional accessories and spare parts can be supplied on request.

Energy savings come from an optimized drying airflow and efficient centrifugal atomization, combined with high-performance components and insulated drying chambers to reduce heat loss.

Throughput depends on feed concentration, inlet/outlet temperatures, atomizer speed and formulation. Please provide product details for an accurate estimate or request a pilot test to determine expected capacity.

Particle size and residual moisture depend on formulation and operating parameters. Typical spray-dried powders are often in the micron to low-hundreds of micron range, with final moisture adjustable by process settings. We recommend sample trials to confirm target specifications.

Yes — it features an advanced PLC control system for easy operation, parameter setting and process monitoring. Options for data logging and remote control can be discussed.

The stainless steel construction simplifies cleaning. Routine maintenance includes CIP or manual washing of product-contact parts, inspection and replacement of filters, and regular checks of the motor, pump and seals per the maintenance schedule.

Yes. Customization options typically include atomizer type, material grade, heating source, explosion-proofing, and layout adaptations. Provide product details and process requirements so we can propose suitable options.

Standard safety features include interlocks, guards and emergency stops. For combustible or hazardous materials, explosion-proof components and compliance to relevant regional standards (e.g., ATEX) can be provided upon request.

The unit weight is approximately 680 kg. Exact footprint and installation requirements depend on the selected configuration; a site survey or layout drawing will be provided during project planning.

Machines are packaged in plywood boxes or per customer requirements and are dispatched from Shanghai. Export packaging is arranged to protect equipment during international transport.

Supply ability is about 10 sets per month. Lead time depends on order size, customization and current production schedule—please contact sales for an estimated delivery date for your specific order.

Yes. We recommend sending samples and providing product parameters (solids content, viscosity, desired powder characteristics). We can run lab or pilot tests to optimize conditions and provide sample material and process recommendation.
