Large Industrial 100kg Drum Washing Machine for Hotel Bed Sheets & Quilt Covers for Ironing & Washing Equipment

The machine has a large drum capacity rated at 100 kg per batch.

Power: 3000 W; Voltage: 380 V (three-phase); Weight: 1200 kg; Dimensions (L*W*H): 2160*1500*1650 mm.

It is designed primarily for hotel bed sheets and quilt covers, and is also suitable for commercial laundries, hospitals, care facilities, and other large-scale linen operations.

The listed production capacity of 100–1000 refers to typical throughput (kg) over a given period (often per day) depending on number of cycles, load mix and operating hours; contact the supplier for a site-specific estimate.

Yes. The unit includes a user-friendly control system with programmable wash cycles for common linen types and soil levels.

Core components include the motor, inner barrel, drainage pump, solenoid valve and control system. Spare parts for these components are typically available from the manufacturer or authorized dealers — confirm availability and lead times with your supplier.

Yes. Video outgoing inspection and a machinery test report are provided with the machine.

Requirements typically include a three-phase 380 V power supply with appropriate breakers, adequate drainage and water supply (hot and cold as needed), a firm level foundation capable of supporting 1200 kg plus dynamic loads, and lifting equipment for installation. Exact site requirements should be confirmed with the supplier or installation technician.

An efficient drainage pump is built in for quick water removal and to support high-speed drain cycles.

Yes. It is suitable for commercial laundry workflows and can be used upstream of ironing and finishing equipment. Integration details (conveyor, timing, and staging) should be planned with your laundry layout and supplier.

Regular maintenance includes inspecting and cleaning the inner barrel, checking and cleaning filters and strainers, inspecting the drainage pump and solenoid valves, verifying electrical connections and control system function, and following the manufacturer's preventive maintenance schedule.

Ensure correct three-phase electrical installation by a qualified electrician, provide proper grounding, follow lockout/tagout procedures during maintenance, secure machine to a stable foundation, and train operators on safe loading/unloading and emergency stop procedures.

Cycle times, water and energy consumption depend on the selected program, load size and soil level. The machine uses a 3000 W motor; for accurate cycle time and consumption figures request the manufacturer’s program charts or operational data.

Warranty and service agreement options vary by supplier and region. Ask the vendor for warranty terms, coverage details and available maintenance/service plans.

Calculate by total linen weight: the machine accepts up to 100 kg per batch. Item counts will vary by item size and fabric weight — for example, lightweight sheets will yield more pieces than heavy quilt covers. Ask your supplier for typical load examples or perform a test load to establish local averages.
