Industrial Heat Treatment High Temperature Graphite Sintering Furnace

The furnace is designed for high-temperature heat treatment and sintering of graphite components, offering precision control and robust construction for industrial production and R&D in materials science.

The furnace requires 380 V, 50 Hz three-phase power and has an installed power of 80 kW. A dedicated electrical supply and qualified electrician are required for installation.

The listing indicates a unit weight of 5 tonnes and dimensions of 450 x 300 x 300 (please confirm the unit of measure with the supplier). Packaging dimensions are listed as 500 x 500 x 500 cm—verify prior to shipping.

Maximum operating temperature is not specified in the listing. The furnace is intended for high-temperature graphite sintering and can be customized; contact the supplier for the exact maximum temperature and temperature control range for your application.

The product includes a pressure vessel and a pump among core components, indicating support for controlled atmospheres (vacuum or inert). Specific atmosphere control capabilities and pump specifications should be confirmed with the supplier.

Core components include a PLC for process control. The PLC enables programmable profiles, timing, and monitoring. Detailed control features (software, I/O, recipe management) should be requested from the manufacturer.

Yes. The furnace is described as suitable for various industrial applications and is explicitly recommended for research and development in material science as well as production sintering of graphite parts.

This is a resistance-type furnace, using electrical resistance elements for heating.

The listing highlights PLC control and robust construction; typical safety features for such furnaces include interlocks, emergency stop, over-temperature protection and pressure safety for sealed systems. Request the detailed safety specification and certifications from the supplier.

Yes. The product listing notes that a video outgoing inspection and a machinery test report are provided prior to shipment.

Yes. 'Size: Customization' is listed. The manufacturer can modify chamber size, atmosphere capability, temperature range and other features to meet application requirements—discuss details with the supplier.

Prepare a reinforced floor or foundation to support the 5-ton weight, adequate space per the listed dimensions and packaging, proper three-phase power access with appropriate breakers and cabling, and lifting equipment (crane/forklift) for placement. Confirm exact site preparation needs with the manufacturer.

The furnace uses standard components (PLC, pumps, resistance elements). Ask the supplier about recommended maintenance intervals, spare parts availability, consumables (heating elements, thermocouples, graphite fixtures) and service contracts or field support options.

Lead time and shipping depend on order specifications and customization. The listing provides a package size (500 x 500 x 500 cm); confirm actual packaged weight and dimensions with the supplier and discuss transport, crating, export paperwork and estimated delivery schedule.

Warranty terms and certification (CE, ISO, pressure vessel approvals, etc.) are not specified in the listing. Request the manufacturer's warranty policy, safety and compliance certificates, and any applicable test documentation before purchase.
