Ideastep Equipment 3d Insoles Medical Scanner Hine Orthotic Foot Scanners Support Plastic Shell for Orthopedic Insole

It is a foot scanning and orthotic support solution designed to measure foot pressure and posture to create custom orthopedic insoles and thermoplastic shells for improved comfort and alignment.

The scanner captures foot geometry and pressure/posture data, which is analyzed to identify high-pressure areas and alignment issues. That information is used to design heat-moldable orthotic insoles tailored to the individual's feet.

It provides 3D foot geometry plus foot pressure detection and posture analysis to inform insole shape, arch support and cushioning placement.

Insoles use EVA velvet and breathable PU foam for comfort and airflow; the supportive component is a thermoplastic shell. An anti-slip fleece layer is used for grip.

Heat-moldable means the thermoplastic shell can be softened with heat, shaped to the patient's foot for a custom fit, and then cooled to retain the shape. Follow manufacturer instructions for temperature and reheating limits.

It is suited for clinics and practitioners making custom orthotics, shoe manufacturers improving fit, athletes needing support, and individuals with foot pain seeking personalized insoles.

The product is described as providing advanced pressure and posture detection suitable for orthotic design. For specific clinical accuracy metrics (e.g., resolution, repeatability), request technical data from the supplier.

Software and export formats can vary by model. Many systems export standard 3D files for CAD/CAM workflows (STL/OBJ), but you should confirm supported software and formats with the vendor.

The package size is 40 x 25 x 15 cm and the gross weight is approximately 0.500 kg. Actual shipped contents and weight may vary by configuration.

Contents can differ by sales configuration. Ask the supplier for the exact turnkey package details (scanner unit, software license, thermoplastic shells, accessories, documentation, etc.).

Wipe the thermoplastic shell and anti-slip fleece with a damp cloth and mild soap; avoid soaking. Air-dry foam and EVA components away from direct heat. Follow the manufacturer's care instructions for long-term use.

Many thermoplastic shells can be reheated and adjusted a limited number of times, but repeated reheating may degrade material properties. Confirm reheating limits with the manufacturer.

Training is recommended for accurate scanning and insole fabrication. Contact the supplier to learn about available training, setup assistance and technical support options.

Warranty terms and any medical or safety certifications are determined by the manufacturer or seller. Request certificate documentation and warranty details before purchase.

Integration depends on the scanner's software and export formats. If the device exports standard 3D files or offers CAD/CAM plugins, you can import scans into your design software. Confirm compatibility with your workflow with the vendor.
