Hydraulic Press Q35y-20 Hydraulic Combined Punching Machine Ironworker Machine

The machine has a nominal force of 900 kN, suitable for heavy-duty metal punching tasks.

The unit is hydraulic and requires a three-phase supply at 380V or 415V. Motor power is rated at 5.5 kW. Confirm frequency and local electrical standards with the supplier before installation.

No. The specification lists the machine as 'Normal' (not CNC). It operates with conventional hydraulic controls rather than CNC automation.

The Q35y-20 is designed for steel and general metal fabrication. Actual maximum thickness and hole sizes depend on the material grade and tooling used—please provide material type and desired hole sizes to the supplier for capacity guidance.

It uses standard punch-and-die tooling compatible with ironworker-style stations. Specific sizes and sets are supplier-dependent—order tooling and spare sets from your vendor and confirm compatibility before purchase.

Listed overall dimensions are 2000 × 930 × 2000 mm. Weight is listed as 4000 (please confirm the unit with the supplier—this value is commonly kilograms).

The Q35y-20 is advertised as having a low noise level for a better working environment, though exact dB values should be requested from the manufacturer if you need measured sound levels.

You will need a suitable three-phase electrical connection (380/415V), a level, load-bearing concrete floor, and equipment (crane or forklift) for moving and positioning the machine. Allow space for operator access, tooling changes and maintenance.

Use machine guarding around punch stations, install emergency-stop controls, and require operators to wear appropriate PPE (safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection). Follow lockout/tagout procedures for maintenance and ensure operators are trained.

Perform daily visual checks, keep work areas clean, inspect hoses and seals, check hydraulic fluid level and filters regularly, and follow the manufacturer's schedule for hydraulic oil changes and periodic inspections of mechanical components.

Warranty and spare-parts policies are not specified in the listing. Ask the supplier for warranty terms, lead times for common spare parts (punches, dies, seals, hydraulic components) and availability of local service.

Many ironworker-style machines offer optional stations or customized tooling packages. Contact the manufacturer or vendor to discuss available options such as different punch sizes, notcher/shear stations, or electrical/voltage customization.

Common uses include metal fabrication shops, construction-related metal punching, component manufacturing, repair and maintenance workshops, and custom metalwork projects.

When ordering punches, dies or other consumables, provide machine model (Q35y-20), required punch/die size(s), material to be processed and production volumes. The supplier can recommend matched tooling and spare parts.

The listing does not specify inclusion of training or manuals. Ask the supplier whether an operator manual, maintenance guide and on-site or remote training are provided or available for purchase.
