The HRZL pump is designed for water treatment, residential water supply and booster systems, boiler feed water, HVAC circulation, RO systems, food and pharmaceutical water systems, and certain industrial uses (clean water, hot water, oil and some chemical media).
Flow rates range from 2 to 350 m³/h. Typical head range is 22 to 300 meters, with some models capable of up to about 330 meters depending on configuration.
Power is customizable across a wide range (commonly 30–1050 kW depending on model). Standard voltage options include 220 V, 240 V, 380 V and 415 V, and higher voltages (e.g., 600 V) can be provided on request.
The casing and wet parts are available in stainless steel (and can be customized). Impellers are of the closed type; other materials may be offered depending on fluid compatibility and customer specifications.
The pump uses a mechanical seal. Design features to prevent binding and leakage include removal of balance drums/disks to rely on impeller axial forces, a copper seal ring at the guide vane to reduce binding, a bellows-style mechanical seal to resist scaling-related leakage, and an improved return-pipe design close to the pump body for better tightness.
Maximum discharge-side pressure is ≤ 6.5 MPa. The pump can operate over a temperature range from -20°C to 120°C (-4°F to 248°F).
Yes—models are used for drinking water and pharmaceutical water systems. For potable or pharmaceutical use, confirm the exact material, seal and surface finish options and any required sanitary certifications with your supplier to ensure compliance with local regulations.
The HRZL pump is certified to ISO9001, CQC, CCCF and CE. It includes a 1-year warranty on core components; extended warranty or service agreements may be available from the supplier.
This is a horizontal multistage centrifugal pump with flange connections for suction and discharge.
The pump uses a unique hydraulic component design, thickened middle section and quality motor selection to minimize flow and fan noise. For predicted noise and vibration levels for a specific model, request the datasheet or acoustic measurements from the manufacturer.
Select based on required flow (m³/h) and total head (m), then match motor power and voltage. Also consider fluid temperature, viscosity, chemical compatibility, allowable pressure, NPSH availability and system layout. Contact the supplier with your duty point so they can provide the appropriate performance curve and recommended model.
Provide a stable, level foundation capable of bearing the pump weight, ensure proper alignment between pump and motor, use appropriate flange piping and supports to avoid pipe loads on the pump, install isolation valves and appropriate motor protection (overload, starter, VFD if required), and ensure correct suction conditions to avoid cavitation.
Routine maintenance includes periodic inspection of mechanical seals, bearings and coupling alignment; checking for leaks, vibration and unusual noise; lubrication of bearings if applicable; monitoring motor electrical parameters; and replacing wear parts (seals, impellers, bearings) as needed. Follow the manufacturer's maintenance schedule for service intervals.
Yes. Spare parts (mechanical seals, impellers, bearings, gaskets, etc.) and service support are available—contact the supplier or authorized service center for part numbers, lead times and recommended spare parts lists for your installed model.
