High-Accuracy Torque Motor

Rated torque ≥120 N·m, rated rotate speed 220 r/min, no-load rotate speed ≥650 r/min, maximum power output ≥2.3 kW, and maximum loading torque ≥230 N·m (per product table).

The product is offered in models MQT-120/2.3-A, MQT-120/2.3-B and MQT-120/2.3-C. They share core performance (rated torque, speed, power) but differ in dimensions, max/min heights, roadway height ranges and weight. Check the model-specific datasheet for exact dimensional and weight differences.

The overview lists dimensions of 746 mm (L) × 315 mm (W) × 229 mm (H) and a nominal weight around 50 kg. Model-specific data in the product table shows varying max/min heights and weights (example weights shown: 46, 51, 53 kg). Confirm the model you plan to purchase for exact dimensions and mass.

Working air pressure is listed as 0.4–0.63 MPa with a rated pressure of 0.5 MPa. Note: air consumption figures appear in two places (≥9.5 m³/min in one description and 2.9–3.8 m³/min in the model table). Verify the correct air consumption for the specific model before installation.

The product description includes conflicting values. One section lists a maximum push force ≥230 kN, while the spec table lists a push-related value of ≥9.5 kN. Please confirm the correct maximum push force for the specific model with the supplier or manufacturer prior to use.

Drilling diameter range is Ø25–32 mm. Standard drill rod diameter is B19; B22 drill rods are available optionally under contract.

The declared noise level is ≤95 dB(A). Use appropriate hearing protection and follow local occupational safety regulations during operation.

Flushing water pressure is specified as 0.6–1.2 MPa and the maximum water pressure should not exceed 1.2 MPa. Follow the manufacturer's guidance for flushing setup and filtration.

The unit comes with a 1-year warranty. Warranty terms (what is covered and exclusions) should be confirmed with the seller or in the official warranty documentation.

Yes — local service location is available in Egypt. For repairs, spare parts and maintenance support, contact the local service center indicated by the supplier.

Regular maintenance typically includes air filter and lubrication checks, inspection of seals and drill interfaces, and scheduled replacement of wear parts. Specific maintenance intervals and procedures are in the service manual — request the manual for model-specific guidance.

Wear hearing protection (noise ≤95 dB(A)), eye protection, and gloves; ensure correct air pressure and connections; secure the unit and tooling before operation; follow lockout/tagout procedures for maintenance; and consult the safety section of the operator manual for full details.

The motor requires a suitable compressed air supply at specified pressure and flow. Ensure sufficient ventilation, clean/dry air (use filters and dryers if needed), adequate mounting and workspace for the unit weight and dimensions, and drainage for flushing water. For extreme temperatures or corrosive environments, consult the manufacturer.

Because some specification items differ between sections (e.g., air consumption and push force), always request the official model datasheet and confirmation from the supplier before purchase. For spare parts, accessories (like optional B22 drill rods), or custom configurations, contact the local service center or authorized distributor in Egypt.
