Overview
GJJ SC200/200TD
1, The transmission mechanism adopts two-drive or three-drive form, the rack and pinion force is uniform, safe and smooth.
2、To ensure the safe operation of the elevator, safety switches such as overload and speed limit are set in the circuit. When the above situation occurs in the operation, the elevator will avoid accidents immediately and automatically. Each door on the cage is also equipped with a limit switch, so that when any door opens abnormally, the cage cannot start or stop running immediately.
3、Each cage is equipped with fall arrester, which can effectively prevent the cage from falling and ensure the safe and reliable operation of the elevator.
4、The electric control system of the elevator is simple, easy to operate and maintain, and reliable. When the elevator is in normal operation, the elevator can be operated by handle or button inside the cage, and it can be stopped at any time at any position where it needs to be stopped; at the upper and lower terminal stations, the upper and lower terminal limit switches will control the automatic stopping; if the upper and lower terminal limit switches do not work due to failure, the limit switches set on the elevator can cut off the power supply in time to make it braked.
5、Steel structure design is scientifically and closely calculated to meet the requirements of reasonable structure, reliable strength and light weight.
6、The lift can install or dismantle the rail frame by itself using the boom on the cage. The rest of the parts can be easily installed and disassembled, and the parts are easy to replace.
