The machine is designed to cut electrically conductive metals such as mild/structural steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper and similar alloys. Actual cut quality and maximum thickness for a specific metal depend on the plasma power source and cutting parameters.

Cutting thickness range: 6–200 mm. Cutting speed range: 10–6000 mm/min. Exact achievable speed at a given thickness depends on the selected plasma power source and process settings.

The gantry can be supplied with a variety of plasma power sources per customer requirement — it is commonly configured with Hypertherm power supplies, but other compatible brands can be fitted on request.

The standard configuration comes with two torches. They can be configured for simultaneous or staggered cutting operations and the torch spacing and synchronization are adjustable depending on the customer’s production needs.

The CNC system and software are provided according to customer requirements. The machine is compatible with typical CAD/CAM workflows and common CAM output formats; final controller selection (and software package) is agreed at order to match your workflow.

Core components include the drive motors and motion system, with the servo system commonly supplied by Japan Panasonic. Other major components such as the plasma power source and controller are selected based on customer preference.

Yes. Outgoing inspection and a machinery test report are provided with each machine to document that the unit has been inspected and tested prior to shipment.

Typical consumables include electrodes, nozzles, swirl rings and shields. Maintenance includes regular inspection and replacement of consumables, torch maintenance, checking gas supply and filters, rail and gear lubrication, and periodic calibration of the CNC. Service intervals depend on usage and cutting parameters.

Recommended safety measures include proper grounding, operator PPE (eye and respiratory protection), fume extraction, fire suppression where appropriate, and machine guards or enclosures for personnel protection. Optional accessories such as water tables, fume collectors and protective booths can be supplied.
