Fully Automatic Pet Cat Kibble Food Making Machine

A complete, fully automatic production line that mixes, extrudes, dries, flavors and cools pet kibble (cat and small dog food). It produces shaped, colored, flavored pellets and can also produce cored (filled) kibble.

Typical flow: Mixer → Screw conveyor → Twin-screw extruder → Air conveyor → Dryer → Air conveyor → Flavoring → Cooling conveyor.

Available models and typical capacities: KLD65: 140–160 kg/h (76 kW); KLD70: 240–260 kg/h (95 kW); KLD85: 500–600 kg/h (178 kW); KLD95: 1,000–1,200 kg/h (280 kW); KLD100: 2,000–3,000 kg/h (315 kW).

Typical overall dimensions: KLD65: 1600×1800×2000 mm; KLD70: 1800×2000×2200 mm; KLD85: 2500×2600×3000 mm; KLD95: 3000×3200×3500 mm; KLD100: 4400×3500×5500 mm. Exact layouts depend on optional modules and plant configuration.

Common inputs: cereals (corn, wheat, rice), meat/fish meals, vegetable proteins, rendered fats and oils, starches, fibers, vitamin/mineral premixes and water. Formulas should be developed to meet pet nutrition goals.

The twin-screw extruder and die sets allow a variety of shapes and sizes. The line can produce solid pellets as well as cored (filled) kibble with centre fillings for enhanced palatability.

Features include cantilever cutting for high output and quick tool adjustment, a barrel made of 45# steel with wear-resistant bushings for long life and low replacement cost, and a conditioner to improve protein integration and increase output.

We can supply multi-layer dryers with different heating sources: steam, electric, diesel or gas. Dryer type and heating selection depend on capacity and local utilities.

Typical utilities: three-phase electricity (installed power varies by model), water for conditioning and cooling, steam or fuel (gas/diesel/electric) for the dryer depending on chosen heating method, and compressed air if pneumatic systems are included. Exact requirements depend on selected configuration.

Space depends on chosen model and layout. Machines need a stable, level concrete floor and anchor points. We provide detailed layout drawings and recommended clearances after model selection to help plan the installation area.

Yes. The extruder features adjustable blades and a cantilever design to simplify maintenance and cleaning. Regular cleaning schedules (daily surface cleaning and periodic deep-clean of cooker/extruder and conveyors) and standard preventive maintenance (lubrication, wear checks) are recommended.
