Fully Automatic Jewelry Vacuum Die Casting and Stirring Casting Machine

It is designed to cast high-detail jewelry pieces using vacuum die casting with stirring to reduce porosity and improve metal flow. Suitable for jewelry manufacturing, custom design work and both small- and large-scale production in professional workshops.

Key specs include: mini fully automatic type, PLC voltage 380V 50Hz, power 4 kW, weight 95 kg, dimensions 680 x 540 x 480 mm, melting capacity 1 kg, temperature testing up to 1450° (specified by manufacturer), ejection force 10 kN, ejection stroke 20 mm, max pressure 0.2 MPa, CE certified and one-year warranty on core components.

The high melting-temperature capability makes it suitable for common jewelry alloys such as gold, silver, silver alloys, brass and bronze. For specific alloy compositions or high-melting specialty alloys, confirm compatibility with the manufacturer.

Vacuum reduces trapped gas and porosity in castings for cleaner, denser results. Stirring promotes uniform metal temperature and better flow into fine die details, improving surface finish and reducing defects.

The built-in melting capacity is 1 kg per melt, suitable for small to medium batch jewelry work. For larger continuous production you may need multiple cycles or multiple machines.

PLC voltage is specified as 380V, 50Hz (typically 3-phase). Ensure a suitable three-phase power supply, correct circuit protection, proper grounding/earthing and adequate ventilation at installation site. Check local electrical codes and consult the supplier for detailed installation guidance.

Yes, the machine is CE certified. Core components are covered by a one-year warranty. Check your purchase agreement for full warranty terms, coverage details, and any conditions.

Overall dimensions are 680 x 540 x 480 mm and weight is 95 kg. Its compact design allows use on a sturdy bench or small factory floor space; ensure adequate clearance for operation, servicing and ventilation.

Routine maintenance includes cleaning the melting chamber and stirring components, checking seals and hoses related to the vacuum system, inspecting ejection mechanism and lubricating moving parts as recommended by the supplier. Follow the manufacturer's maintenance schedule for longevity and safe operation.

Operators should use appropriate PPE (heat-resistant gloves, eye protection, face shield), follow safe handling for molten metal, ensure proper grounding, keep flammable materials away, and follow lockout/tagout procedures during maintenance. Always follow the manufacturer's safety manual.

The provided specs appear inconsistent. Please confirm die block thickness limits with the supplier — it’s likely a typographical error. Contact the manufacturer or sales representative for the correct minimum and maximum die-block thickness before ordering dies.

Throughput depends on cycle time (melting, vacuum, injection, cooling) and part complexity. With a 1 kg melt capacity, small jewelry pieces can be cast in rapid cycles, but specific parts per hour will vary. Request sample cycle times from the supplier based on your parts.

Yes. The machine includes a comprehensive machinery test report as part of the delivery package. Confirm the scope of tests (performance, temperature, vacuum, functional checks) with your sales contact.

Typical offerings include technical support, spare parts supply, and operator training (onsite or remote). Contact the supplier to confirm available training options, lead times for spare parts and any service contracts.

The listed supply ability is 1000 sets per week, indicating high production capacity and generally short lead times. Actual delivery time depends on configuration, shipping and local customs. Confirm current lead time with your sales representative.
