It uses a lithium‑ion (LFP) battery pack with an integrated BMS. Typical fast charging time is approximately 2–3 hours, depending on charger and battery state.

The stacker uses an electro‑hydraulic lifting system: an electric motor drives the hydraulic pump. The hydraulic assembly includes the elevating cylinder, elevating arm and chain/sprocket parts, and gantry/back‑wheel components for reliable lift control.

Fork options include: adjustable forks 330–740 mm (leg width 690 mm), fixed fork 550 mm for many European applications (leg width 490 mm), and a special adjustable option 330–830 mm (outside leg, leg width 490 mm). Other lengths and bespoke fork configurations are available on request.

Standard safety features include overload protection, controlled descent (oil reflow/valve control for safe lowering), emergency stop, parking brake/automatic brake, horn and wide‑view mast for improved visibility. Additional options such as lights and audible alarms can be added.

Lithium‑ion stackers are lower maintenance than lead‑acid alternatives. Regular checks should include battery health and connections, fork and mast wear, hydraulic fluid condition, wheels and brakes. Lithium batteries are sensitive to extreme temperatures. The stacker is suitable for normal warehouse temperatures. For cold‑store applications or continuous operation in extreme heat/cold, we offer optional cold‑store battery packages and preconditioning solutions—please request details.
