E 40 HR Cement Mortar Spraying Machine

The E 40 HR (Mortel Meister) is an electric plastering and mortar spraying machine designed for pumping and spraying cement-based mortars. It includes a pump, mixer, compressor and is built for on-site plastering and rendering tasks.

The machine is rated for 400 V, 50 Hz (three-phase). Individual motors are 7.5 kW (pump), 3 kW (mixer) and 2.2 kW (compressor) — total installed power approx. 12.7 kW. Verify local supply and protection requirements before connection.

Pump motor: 7.5 kW; Mixer motor: 3 kW; Compressor motor: 2.2 kW. Compressor capacity: 387 l/min with a maximum of 8 bar.

Pumping capacity is approximately 35–70 liters per minute (specification listed as 35–70 Lt / 1 dk). Actual output depends on material consistency, hose diameter, pumping distance and settings.

Maximum pump pressure is 40 bar.

Transfer efficiency is rated up to 40 meters vertically and up to 100 meters horizontally. Actual achievable distances depend on material properties, hose layout and nozzle size.

Maximum aggregate size is 8 mm. Use only suitable mortar mixes to avoid clogging or excessive wear.

Mixer volume is 160 liters and the vessel (hopper) volume is 220 liters.

Dimensions (L/W/H): 3220 / 1355 / 1180 mm. Standard weight: 700 kg.

Loading height is 1220 mm, which is the top of the hopper for manual or mechanical loading.

The machine uses spiral (auger) types 2L6 or 2L6 Plus, which are the screw-pump configurations for moving mortar from the hopper to the pump section.

Yes. Adjustable speed is available for material delivery control, and the machine includes an automatic lubrication system to reduce wear and maintenance frequency.

Yes. A high-pressure washing feature is available to assist with cleaning the pump, hoses and mixer after use.

Yes. The machine is fitted with a drawbar suitable for road navigation and comes with brakes for towing.

Daily checks: inspect hoses/nozzles for wear, check oil and automatic lubrication levels, ensure electrical connections are secure, and clean mixer and pump after use (use the high-pressure wash). Periodic: inspect spiral/auger and pump components for wear, service compressor and motors per manufacturer intervals. Always follow lockout/tagout and PPE requirements when servicing.
