It is a full-automatic chain bending/welding machine set for producing metal chains (stainless steel, iron and common carbon/mild steels). It bends chain links, welds them (advanced intermediate-frequency DC welding) and is used together with chain welding/test equipment for continuous production of rings/links (diameters from ~2 mm up to 22 mm depending on model).
Available models: DLB-5 (Φ2–Φ5, recommend Φ2–Φ4), DLB-7 (Φ4–Φ7, recommend Φ4–Φ6), DLB-11 (Φ6–Φ11, recommend Φ7–Φ10), DLB-16 (Φ10–Φ16, recommend Φ10–Φ14), DLB-18 (Φ12–Φ19, recommend Φ14–Φ18), DLB-22 (Φ16–Φ22, recommend Φ18–Φ22).
Typical link production speeds (rings per minute) vary by model: DLB-5: 70–140 ring/min; DLB-7: 35–80 ring/min; DLB-11: 35–50 ring/min; DLB-16: 20–40 ring/min; DLB-18: 20–35 ring/min; DLB-22: 15–25 ring/min. Actual speed depends on material, diameter, pitch and operator setup.
Machines are designed for 380V, 50–60 Hz three-phase supply. Total installed power and motor ratings by model: DLB-5 total power 1.8 kW (motor 1.5 kW); DLB-7 4.5 kW (motor 4 kW); DLB-11 8 kW (motor 7.5 kW); DLB-16 19 kW (motor 18.5 kW); DLB-18 22.5 kW (motor 22 kW); DLB-22 30.5 kW (motor 30 kW).
The machines use Siemens PLC controllers for automation and process control to ensure stable, repeatable operation.
Minimum air pressure requirement is ≥0.65 MPa. Air consumption per ring varies by model: roughly 1.5 L/ring (DLB-5), 1.8 L/ring (DLB-7), 2.25 L/ring (DLB-11), 3 L/ring (DLB-16), 3.5 L/ring (DLB-18 and DLB-22).
Each machine comes with two dies free. The supplier provides technical support (remote) and a 1-year factory warranty (see warranty FAQ). Shipping, installation and additional dies or accessories are handled per contract and available on request.
A 1-year warranty is provided. During the first year the factory will replace spare parts free of charge (the buyer typically pays courier costs). The company offers pre-sale, sale and after-sale support, with worldwide spare-parts supply and technical assistance.
Yes. Remote technical support/technology guidance is supported free. For on-site training the buyer must provide round-trip tickets, hotel and meals, and pay a training fee of USD 300 per trainer per day.
Yes—the factory pioneered intermediate-frequency DC welding for chain welding. This method overcomes limitations of traditional resistance welding and enables efficient welding up to 12–22 mm (depending on model) with improved energy efficiency and reduced grid impact.
Yes. Additional dies and spare parts are available from the factory. Contact sales with the required model and link dimensions for quotations, lead times and shipping. First-year replacements manufactured by the factory are provided free under warranty (courier cost borne by buyer).
Approximate size and weight by model: DLB-5: 2090×1190×1000 mm, ≈0.95 t; DLB-7: 2600×1350×1600 mm, ≈1.7 t; DLB-11: 3700×2100×1800 mm, ≈4.2 t; DLB-16: 4500×2400×1800 mm, ≈6.8 t; DLB-18: 4800×2940×2100 mm, ≈8.8 t; DLB-22: 5000×3000×2100 mm, ≈11.4 t.
Routine maintenance includes lubrication of moving parts, inspection and replacement of welding electrodes/consumables, checking electrical connections and grounding, cleaning debris, monitoring air pressure/filters, and following the operator manual. Periodic preventive checks extend tool life and ensure consistent weld quality.
Operators should be trained, use appropriate PPE (gloves, eye protection), ensure proper grounding, keep guards and covers in place, use emergency stop, disconnect power/air before maintenance, and follow the machine's safety instructions and local regulations.
Contact the supplier/sales team with your desired model, chain diameter/pitch, annual capacity and destination. They will provide a quotation, lead time, shipping options, installation and training costs and payment terms based on your requirements.
