A 1-year warranty is provided. During the first year the factory will replace spare parts free of charge (the buyer typically pays courier costs). The company offers pre-sale, sale and after-sale support, with worldwide spare-parts supply and technical assistance.

Yes. Additional dies and spare parts are available from the factory. Contact sales with the required model and link dimensions for quotations, lead times and shipping. First-year replacements manufactured by the factory are provided free under warranty (courier cost borne by buyer).
