Products Description
Basic Process for above flowchart
1. Crushing Rock Chromite Ore: Larger tonnage will require primary and secondary crushing for maximum efficiency in size reduction and subsequent ball milling. Main refer to Coarse Jaw crusher and Fine crusher.
2. Grinding Circuit: Fluorspar ores usually require grinding to 48 or 65 mesh or as required size. Main refer to Grinding Ball Mill,Spiral Classifier.
3.Normally Chromite ore includes magnetic Iron materials,so magnetic separator well needed for separation.
4. Then the separation materials are processed by spiral chute and shaking table for further separation and purification.
4. With above machines,the concentrates will be come out.
The solution above is suitable for processing various chromite such as magnochromite, ferromagnesite chromite,magnesium-iron chromite and ferrochromite.
We design different process flowchart depends on customer's actual mining condition.
Main Machines Above Involved
Jaw crusher is composed of bracket, jaw, eccentric shaft, jaw plate, spring, etc. The maximum compression strength of materials to be crushed is 320MPA. PE series jaw crusher is commonly used for primary crushing, and PEX series is used for secondary crushing and fine crushing.
Gelin provides jaw crusher with different types(stationary or mobile type,combination with other machines,Diesel engine or
electric motor) and capacities(from 2-800tph) , meeting all customer's requirement.

Spiral Classifier is a machine that is primarily used to classify the slimes (fines) from a coarser, sandy sized material.
According to the difference in sedimentation rate of mineral particles and mud, the particle sizes of ores with 1.5mm-0.03mm are classified. Waste mud or water for ore sand can be separated from the ores. It’s also usually applied to ore washing, desliming and dehydration and so on.
