Common Rail Diesel Engine Trainer Automotive Training Equipment Vocational Education Training Equipment

The GTA-1002A is a vocational education training unit that simulates the operation and systems of an Isuzu 4JB1 common rail diesel engine to teach basic principles, component structure, diagnostics and maintenance.

Overall dimensions are 1500 x 1000 x 1800 mm. The unit includes a 10 L fuel tank and uses glycol as the coolant. It is designed for classroom or workshop installation.

The trainer is rated to operate in ambient temperatures from -40°C to 50°C.

The trainer models the Isuzu 4JB1 diesel engine and recreates its basic structure and system behaviors for educational use.

The unit simulates normal operations including starting, idling and acceleration, and allows observation of sensor and actuator responses in real time.

The built-in fault simulation system can introduce common engine failures via switches or an optional intelligent fault setting module, enabling students to practice diagnosis and repair procedures.

The trainer includes an on-board voltmeter to display real-time sensor and actuator signals, color-coded circuit schematics on the training panel, and test terminals for use with external multimeters or oscilloscopes.

The intelligent fault setting module is an optional add-on. The base unit includes manual fault simulation controls.

The trainer is equipped with safety devices and shields to protect users during demonstrations and experiments. Users should also follow workshop safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE.

Students will learn diesel engine component identification, common rail system basics, diagnostic procedures using electrical measurements, interpretation of circuit schematics, and basic maintenance practices.

Yes. The trainer provides test terminals designed for connection to standard multimeters and oscilloscopes to measure electrical signals and waveform behavior.

Routine maintenance includes checking and refilling the 10 L fuel tank and glycol coolant as needed, visual inspection of wiring and shields, cleaning the training panel, and following the manufacturer’s service schedule in the manual.

Install it on a flat, stable workshop floor with adequate ventilation. Refer to the product manual for electrical and mounting requirements. For transport, follow supplier guidance—use appropriate lifting equipment or multiple people to avoid damage or injury.

Yes. It is specifically designed for vocational and collegiate automotive programs to provide hands-on learning, demonstrations, and practical diagnostics and maintenance exercises.
