Commercial Electric Steam Ironing Machine Stainless Steel Motorized Laundry Ironing Equipments

The unit is rated at 36 kW and requires a 380 V three-phase electrical supply. A licensed electrician should size and connect the incoming power.

Overall dimensions are 4040 x 1700 x 1320 mm (L x W x H) and the machine weighs approximately 1000 kg. Plan for forklift/crane access during installation.

The machine supports a production width of up to 3 meters, designed for large-format/commercial laundry throughput.

The body is constructed from durable stainless steel. Core components include a motor and gearbox and a high-efficiency steam generation system.

Yes. It is intended for heavy-duty commercial applications such as laundries, hotels, dry cleaners, clothing manufacturers, schools, and rental services.

You will need a dedicated 380 V three-phase circuit, proper grounding, adequate floor loading capacity, water supply (preferably treated/demineralized), drainage for condensate, and sufficient ventilation. Also plan for material handling equipment for delivery and positioning.

The machine draws up to 36 kW when operating at full steam output. Actual energy usage depends on workload and duty cycle—confirm with your facilities team when planning electrical capacity and cost estimates.

Regular maintenance includes descaling the steam system, draining condensate, inspecting and lubricating gearbox bearings according to the schedule, checking motor mounts, cleaning stainless surfaces, and replacing worn seals or heating elements as needed.

Common service parts include the motor, gearbox components, heating elements, steam generator parts, valves, and gaskets. Contact the supplier or authorized dealer for availability and service contracts.

Follow standard industrial safety practices: ensure emergency shutoff accessibility, proper grounding, pressure-relief and temperature controls on the steam system, use PPE for hot surfaces, and only allow trained personnel to operate the machine.

The machine is designed to be user-friendly and requires minimal training for basic operation; however, operators should receive hands-on training on startup/shutdown, steam controls, safety procedures, and routine maintenance.

As a motorized industrial ironing system, it produces typical industrial noise levels from the motor and gearbox. If operated continuously near workstations, consider noise assessments and provide hearing protection as needed.

Use treated or demineralized water where possible to minimize scale build-up and extend the life of the steam generator and heating elements. Follow the manufacturer's water-treatment recommendations.

Warranty terms and certifications (CE, ISO, etc.) may vary by supplier and region. Contact the vendor or authorized dealer for specific warranty details, service plans, and certification documentation.

Ensure a clear access route capable of handling a 1000 kg piece of equipment, prepare the electrical supply (380 V three-phase) and water/drain connections, allocate floor space matching the machine dimensions plus clearance for servicing, and coordinate with the supplier for any lifting equipment required.
