The full production process is including plastic sheet feeding (PS ,PET,PVC etc.) (transmission by robot hand and controlled by servo motor) ,heating and forming , and punching hole in the lid / tray, finished products are collected in conveyor unit .The mould can be customized design for different size and design coffee lid , plastic tray etc .
