The working area is 1300 mm (X) × 6000 mm (Y) with the Z travel per the machine specification (listed as X,Y,Z working area 1300x6000mm).
Positioning accuracy is ±0.03 mm per 300 mm and repositioning (repeatability) accuracy is ±0.05 mm.
The machine uses a 9 kW HQD air-cooled spindle designed for automatic tool change (ATC). Spindle speed is specified up to 24,000 RPM and it is driven through an 11 kW Fuling inverter.
The router includes a 12-position automatic tool magazine with ISO30 tool holders and an auto tool sensor. The Taiwan LNC ATC control system manages tool changes and the tool sensor enables automatic tool length compensation to maintain accuracy.
The machine uses the Taiwan LNC ATC control system with a hand wheel. It accepts standard G-code and is compatible with software such as JDpaint, Ucancam, and ArtCAM; it can support other programs that output G-code.
X and Y axes use Taiwan square guide rails with gear racks for transmission; Z axis uses an imported ball screw. The drive system uses Leadshine 1500 W servo motors and servo drivers for high speed and low noise operation.
The table is a vacuum table with 6 sections plus 6 vacuum cups. The specification references a vortex vacuum pump and, in the detailed list, 2×7.5 kW vacuum pumps. A dust collection device is included (dust collector listed in spec; earlier text mentions a 3.0 kW dust collector). Please confirm final configuration with the supplier.
It is suitable for a wide range of materials including MDF, wood, acrylic, PVC, double-color board, aluminum, brass, some stones (marble), crystal, and many advertising and model-making substrates. Material capability can depend on tooling and program settings.
Tool holders are ISO30 and the collet type specified is ER32. The ATC holds 12 tools; tool length is automatically sensed and compensated.
The spindle is air-cooled. Tool cooling is provided by an oil sprayer pump as specified, and the machine includes an auto lubrication system for linear guides and other moving components.
Operating voltage is AC 380 V, three-phase, 50/60 Hz. Recommended ambient temperature is 0°C to 45°C with relative humidity between 30% and 75%.
The specification lists an independent electrical cabinet, auto lubrication system, loading/unloading auxiliary wheel, press wheel, 12-position ATC magazine, tool sensor, vacuum table and pumps, dust collector device, and an optional rotating saw blade. Exact accessory list should be confirmed with the seller.
Maximum feed speed is specified up to 45,000 mm/min; the maximum working (cutting) speed is listed up to 25,000 mm/min. Actual speeds depend on tooling, material, and cut parameters.
Use appropriate PPE (eye, hearing, respiratory protection) and ensure proper dust extraction. Regularly check and maintain the auto lubrication, vacuum system, tool holders (ER32), spindle cooling, and the ATC. Keep the working environment within the recommended temperature and humidity.
