CNC Electrical Hydraulic Press Brake
The machine is made under technology from Europe. Full steel structure, stress released through vibration by adopting Germany technology. Main frame is designed and Finite Element Analyzed under ANSYS/UG software. Advanced technology with high quality, ensure efficient production and less maintenance. Accurate and effective synchronized balancing system ensure high precision. Adopted worldwide famous electrical parts, oil pump, and seals got a reliable hydraulic system. Ram stroke is adjustable and control by CNC. Bending angle controlled by CNC get accurate precision. Shift point for approach and working speed is adjustable to improve the efficiency of productivity. Simple and compact electrical system is convenience for maintenance. Relief valve protect the oil pump and hydraulic system when over-loading. Manual adjustable pressure gauge for accurate bending force

Energy saving rate over 50%. Take 110 ton press brake as example, customer can save energy cost.
With strong over-load capacity of servo motor, machine can get faster bending & returning speed with the same pump and valves.
Adopt no overflow technology, which can achieve better oil temperature control.
