Chocolate Making Machine Chocolate Coating Machine for Nuts Peanut Almond Coating

The model is PGJ-1000.

It is designed primarily for coating nuts such as peanuts and almonds, but is also suitable for other small snacks and confectionery items used in chocolate coating processes. Confirm suitability for any specific product with the supplier.

Key specs listed are: Weight 300 kg; Dimensions 1000 × 1000 × 2000 mm; Capacity 45–90 liters; Rotating speed 30 or 32 RPM; Materials: stainless steel. The specification list also shows Power 1100 W and Motor Power 1.5 kW—please confirm exact electrical requirements with the supplier before purchase.

The machine capacity is 45–90 liters, which determines batch size. Actual throughput (kg/hour) depends on product density, coating build-up, process parameters and chocolate formulation. We recommend running pilot trials or consulting the supplier to estimate your expected hourly output.

Specifications list Power: 1100 W and Motor Power: 1.5 kW. Electrical supply type, voltage and phase are not provided in the listing—confirm voltage, phase (single/three-phase), and any site electrical requirements with the seller before installation.

The machine is made of stainless steel, suitable for food-processing environments. If you require specific food-grade certifications (e.g., FDA, EU), please request certification details from the manufacturer or supplier.

The unit is described as easy to operate and maintain. Routine maintenance will include cleaning, inspection of seals and bearings, and basic mechanical checks. The supplier also provides engineers for overseas service to assist with installation, commissioning and maintenance support.

Because it is stainless steel, remove loose product and excess chocolate, then clean contact surfaces with appropriate food-safe cleaning agents. Avoid directing water into motors or electrical components. Follow the manufacturer's cleaning and safety guidelines; consult the supplier for a cleaning procedure if one is not provided.

Coating thickness and finish are controlled by process variables such as the amount of chocolate added, batch time, chocolate viscosity/temperature, and tumbling time. The machine offers rotating speeds (30 or 32 RPM) which influence coating action. Final results typically require process tuning and trials.

The listing does not detail specific safety features. Standard safe-use practices include proper guarding of moving parts, emergency stop controls and correct electrical grounding. Ask the supplier for a list of included safety features and any optional safety upgrades.

The product notes that engineers are available for overseas service. Contact the supplier to confirm whether installation, commissioning and training are included in the purchase price or available as additional services.

The listing mentions engineers available for overseas service, which implies after-sales support. For spare parts availability, lead times and warranties, contact the manufacturer or supplier directly.

Yes — the machine's compact footprint and capacity make it suitable for snack food factories, chocolate factories, confectionery production and smaller or homemade chocolate shops. Verify space and electrical requirements to ensure compatibility with your facility.

The machine is built of stainless steel and described as durable, with a powerful motor for consistent performance. For details on expected service life, duty cycles and warranty terms, ask the supplier for technical documentation and warranty information.
