The model is YXD-25D. Key specs: 25L capacity, electric power 13.5 kW, voltage 3N~380V (three-phase), weight 135 kg, dimensions 470 × 920 × 1180 mm, stainless steel (SUS201) body, and a computerized control panel.

The listed YXD-25D specification is an electric pressure fryer (13.5 kW, 3N~380V). If you need a gas-fired version, models and availability vary by supplier — please contact the seller to confirm gas-model options and exact specs.

25L refers to the fryer vessel capacity and indicates suitability for large batches. Exact batch yield depends on the size and cut of chicken pieces; it's designed for commercial use and higher-volume cooking compared with small domestic fryers.

Yes. With a 25L capacity, robust stainless-steel construction, and a powerful 13.5 kW heating system, the unit is intended for restaurants, food shops, hotels, and light industrial food production.

This unit requires a three-phase electrical supply: 3N~380V and sufficient circuit capacity to support 13.5 kW. Installation should be performed by a qualified electrician who can ensure correct connection, cabling, breakers, and compliance with local electrical codes.

The fryer includes a computerized control panel for monitoring. Follow the manufacturer’s manual for all safety features (pressure relief, seals, interlocks). Safe practices include: never operate with damaged seals, keep vents clear, allow pressure to fully release before opening, and use PPE when handling hot oil. Always follow local safety codes.

Perform routine cleaning after each use: remove food debris and filter or strain oil as recommended. Do periodic deep cleaning per the manual (weekly or as usage dictates). Inspect seals, gaskets, and electrical connections regularly. Replace worn parts promptly. For detailed procedures, follow the supplier’s service manual.

Use high-smoke-point frying oils suitable for deep frying (e.g., refined vegetable or peanut oil) and foodservice-grade oils recommended by your supplier. Oil-change frequency depends on usage, food types, and filtration practices — heavy commercial use typically requires more frequent oil changes and routine filtration to maintain quality and safety.

Included accessories vary by seller and package. Typical items may include frying baskets and lids, but some accessories (filtration systems, spare seals) might be optional or sold separately. Confirm included accessories with the supplier before purchase.

Because the unit weighs about 135 kg, ensure a sturdy, level floor that can support the weight. Provide adequate ventilation for heat and oil fumes, sufficient clearance from combustible materials, and drainage or spill containment as required by local regulations. Follow the installation checklist in the user manual.

Pressure frying typically cooks faster than open frying due to the pressurized environment and higher internal moisture retention, producing juicier meat and crisp exterior. Exact cook times depend on recipe, piece size, and temperature settings. Consult product recipes or supplier guidelines for target cook times.

Common checks: verify correct electrical supply and breakers, inspect fuses and connections, confirm heating elements and thermostats are functioning, ensure the lid seal and pressure valves are intact and unobstructed, and review control panel error codes in the manual. Contact technical support if problems persist.

Certifications depend on the manufacturing batch and the region where the unit is sold. The listing does not specify certifications; request copies of CE, UL, NSF, or other local compliance documents from the supplier to ensure regulatory conformity for your location.

Warranty terms and after-sales service vary by seller and distributor. The product listing does not include warranty details — contact the seller for warranty duration, coverage (parts/labor), and available service or spare parts support.

Contact the supplier or authorized service center with your model number (YXD-25D) and serial number. They can advise on genuine replacement parts, recommended maintenance intervals, and authorized technicians for repairs and servicing.
