The Channel Letter Cutting and Bending Machine cuts, slots and bends aluminum strip coil, aluminum profile, stainless, galvanized sheet and other metals to produce channel letters and sign components automatically.
Compatible materials include flat/folded aluminum, aluminum profile, Channelume, stainless steel, iron and galvanized sheet. Material thickness range is 0.3–1.2 mm.
Maximum cutting/material height is 160 mm.
Feeding accuracy and processing precision are ±0.1 mm. Typical processing speed is up to 5 meters per minute (actual speed depends on job complexity).
