The DHY-200 is a specialized busbar processing machine for cutting, punching and bending copper and aluminum busbars. It combines multiple hydraulic tools to provide efficient, precise processing for switchgear, power distribution, and electrical equipment manufacturing.
The DHY-200 performs hydraulic cutting, punching and bending of busbars. It is supplied as a set of four tools: CWC-200 hydraulic cutting tool, CH-70 hydraulic punching tool, CB-200A hydraulic bending tool and HHB-700A hydraulic electric pump.
It is designed for copper and aluminum busbars. Maximum workable width is 200 mm and recommended thickness range is 3–12 mm for cutting, punching and bending.
Cutting force: 35 ton; Punching force: 35 ton; Bending force: 16 ton; Rated working oil pressure: 700 kgf/cm²; Punching throat depth: 110 mm.
Standard punching dies supplied include sizes: 7 mm, 9 mm, 10.5 mm, 13.8 mm, 17 mm and 20.5 mm.
The machine is available for 220 V or 380 V input/control voltage. Confirm the exact control voltage option with your supplier when ordering.
Net weight is approximately 206 kg. Package size is 100 cm × 78 cm × 133 cm.
Yes. The DHY-200 supports customizable motor/pump power options to suit different production needs. Contact the manufacturer or dealer to specify motor power when ordering.
Use appropriate PPE (gloves, eye protection), keep guards and safety interlocks in place, follow lockout/tagout procedures before maintenance, and ensure only trained personnel operate the machine. Always follow the supplied operator manual for detailed safety instructions.
Perform daily cleaning and visual inspection, check hydraulic oil level and hoses for leaks, keep dies and tooling clean, and replace hydraulic oil and filters per the supplier's service schedule. Follow the manufacturer's maintenance manual for recommended intervals.
Install on a stable, level floor capable of supporting the machine weight. Provide the specified electrical supply (220 V or 380 V), adequate grounding, and space for access and material handling. Ensure the hydraulic pump (HHB-700A) is connected and positioned per the installation guide.
Yes. The machine is designed for both workshop production and site construction work, including transmission/distribution installations, due to its relatively compact footprint and portability compared with larger stationary equipment.
Throughput depends on part complexity, operator skill, setup and automation level. The DHY-200 is built for high production capacity, but exact cycles per hour vary—discuss your target throughput with the supplier for a process assessment and recommended tooling.
Yes. Common spare parts and additional punching dies, cutting blades and bending tooling are typically available. Contact the manufacturer or authorized dealer to order spare parts or special dies.
Warranty terms and after-sales support vary by supplier and region. Check with your vendor for specific warranty coverage, availability of training, technical support and service agreements.
